Puerto Rico does not have its own national airline, but the country is served by companies such as American Airlines, American Trans Air, Argentina Airlines, Iberia, KLM, LACSA, Lufthansa, Martinair, Mexicana and Northwest Airlines. British Airways offer connecting flights from either New York or Miami.

Flights from London to San Juan take approximately eight hours, not including stop off or changeover time. From New York to San Juan flights take around three hours and fifteen minutes. Puerto Rico’s international airport at San Juan offers taxis and bus services into town, along with duty free, bars, banks and restaurants, amongst other things.
